It's dawned on me that I haven't posted any pictured of all the artisan stuff I've been doing lately. The smithing have been mostly at a stand-still, but I've taken up making stuff out of small metal rings. Like chainmail and stuff. No, not a whole chainmail; that would take for frickin' ever. But necklaces, bracelets and other nifty stuff. I've also just taken up leather working. I'm making a purse for my medieval/viking outfit. A badger purse! Because the lid will be a badger's head (roadkill. I didn't kill it myself). That's actually all I have left on it; getting the lid in place. After that I'll take some pictures and post then. Promise

I'm not sure just how this happened, but I suddenly find myself with three commissions, one of which are of the money making kind, I guess you could say. Just with a paid LJ account + icon space instead of actual money, but what the hell. Second commish will most likely have something in it for me as well. And the third just might get me drunk. Heh. So, one muscly redhead with a sorta torn up suit/uniform, one golden dragon rocking out with a guitar, and one goth-y caricature of a barman (my ol' mentor). This is gonna be fun. *puts every other pic on pause for now*
